Training & Development Management is the latest extension to the new version of ETWeb™ Enterprise. The user interface has also been optimized to accommodate the new features, which includes enhanced Manager and Employee Self Service functionality.

Using Manager Self Service, supervisors can approve requests from their subordinates to attend training courses. Employees can use Self Service to view the online training course catalog and can even suggest new development activities. |
