ExecuTRACK incorporates new Competency Model in ETWeb™ Enterprise

400 Competencies in 18 core areas - eliminating investment in content development for Human Resource managers

A detailed, new Competency Model is now available as part of the ETWeb™ Skills Management product suite from ExecuTRACK. The behavior-oriented catalog offers more than 400 competencies with appropriate assessment scales. Out-of-the-box profiles for positions, job families and project assignments can be matched against any employee's competencies. With the best candidates filling the most appropriate positions, productivity increases while employment turnover and recruiting costs decrease.

With experience gained from hundreds of global customer projects and its support for cross-industry standards, the new catalog delivers state of the art competency modelling. ExecuTRACK offers its customers a solution based on real-world requirements, bringing them a foundation for their skills and competency management. "The separation of the 18 core competency areas gives us manageability while also allowing for flexible alignment with organization strategy, HR initiatives and corporate culture", says Daniela Porr, responsible Project Manager at Alldata Systems.

The development of such a model is a critical step in the Skills and Competency Management process. Its creation represents the result of a significant investment in time and research. "The ExecuTRACK competency model is designed to be clear and manageable while offering a detailed view of where an organization's skills lie," according to Dr. Andreas Hoynigg, Managing Director of ExecuTRACK Software GmbH.
