Forward Focus - Embedding a Talent Mindset in Your Business
Towers Perrin in conjunction with ExecuTRACK invite you to a special workshop at July 26, 2005 in London: Forward Focus - Embedding a Talent Mindset in Your Business.
Towers Perrin is at the forefront of building the talent management agenda in the UK. This month's Management Today describes their 2004 report - Look Closer - as one of the leading accounts of best practice in talent management.
This workshop introduces the next stage of the Look Closer Research and examines the more practical challenges of implementing successful talent management programmes. We will be exploring issues such as how to manage critical talent while continuing to engage all employees; how to mobilise talent in the face of changing individual attitudes and priorities; and what supporting infrastructure is required to make the talent process work.
This event is joined by Mike Smith from Masterfoods Europe who will provide insights on how Mars Incorporated embedded a talent mindset within the business. Anna Kvist Hasler from Swiss Reinsurance Company will also share her experiences about how technology is enabling their talent process.
