The new release from ExecuTRACK rounds off the Total Talent Suite through enhanced functionality and Web 2.0 Features

ExecuTRACK Software, A StepStone Company, releases the newest version of their market leading Total Talent Suite. The new module "Market Compensation" enables organizations to increase efficiency when participating in market surveys and blend data from different survey providers into competitive market rates. The module seamlessly integrates into the existing system allowing for the combined analysis of market rates with employee performance and retention risk. This enables organizations to easily align performance and retention objectives with dynamic, in-depth compensation and rewards strategies. Through the identification of at-risk areas such as high performers paid significantly below market, appropriate actions can immediately be taken to reduce the risk of employee turnover.

In addition to this newly developed module, the team in Düsseldorf has integrated additional innovative functionality into the release. Users now have access to over 120 different reports. User-friendly forms employ the newest Web 2.0 technologies like Ajax whereby data can be processed and changed through Drag-and-Drop directly within the user interface. Additionally, a spell checker and legal scan have been integrated into the application to review terminology within forms.
