KPMG wins at Onrec Awards 2007
StepStone customer KPMG has been recognised with the award for 'Best Corporate Use of Online Recruitment' at the Onrec Awards 2007 for their deployment of StepStone's i-GRasp recruitment technology.
KPMG won the award as a result of its novel approach to hiring candidates. Through the extension of its existing StepStone i-GRasp recruitment functionality, KPMG is now able to extend offers to candidates online thus allowing successful candidates to view the offer, review and accept the contract and select a start date via their own candidate portal. KPMG now manage the entire hiring process online from job advertising, through interview self-scheduling and now helping successful candidates settle in on the first day.
