StepStone's Global Growth Continues with New Customers Wins in North America
SC Johnson & Hannaford in the US as well as PwC in Mexico have chosen to implement StepStone's Total Talent Management Solutions
StepStone, a leading provider of Total Talent Management Solutions, today reported a solid start to 2008 in North America, having won three new blue-chip customers for its talent management solutions in the last seven days: Hannaford Supermarkets, SC Johnson and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Mexico. The new contracts demonstrate StepStone's accelerating momentum on a global level, complementing the group's continued solid growth in Europe, a number of other recent new client wins in the US as well as several new clients signed in StepStone's rapidly developing business in Asia Pacific.
Hannaford, the largest certified organic supermarket in America, is using StepStone's Talent Management solution, including the Career and Succession planning modules. The solution will enable Hannaford, which has developed a five-stage talent management strategy in parallel with the roll-out, to more effectively develop and retain leadership talent across key brands: Hannaford Brothers, Food Lion and Sweet Bay.
SC Johnson, one of the world's leading manufacturers of household products, has also selected StepStone's Talent Management solution to help it accelerate staff development and performance management across its North American workforce.
Finally, PwC Mexico is the latest PwC business to implement StepStone's e‑recruitment solution. Joining PwC in the UK and Central and Eastern Europe, PwC Mexico will use the solution to drive all external and internal recruitment, from applications, through interview scheduling, assessment and on-boarding.
