StepStone Is Cream Of The Crop For German Smes
EasyCruit commended as "extremely innovative and beneficial for small businesses" in the Initiative Mittelstand Innovation Awards 2007
StepStone, a leading provider of total talent management solutions, has been recognised in the 'HR Management' category at the Initiative Mittelstand Innovation Awards 2007, Germany's most prestigious awards for the small to medium-size enterprise (SME) sector.
Initiative Mittelstand placed StepStone EasyCruit, Europe's leading e‑recruitment system for SMEs, ahead of 1,200 other small business offerings, acclaiming the solution as "extremely innovative and beneficial for the sector."
The Initiative Mittelstand Innovation Awards scheme recognises the best solutions for SMEs across the German-speaking market in areas such as recruitment, marketing, communications and IT.
"Having launched so recently, we were delighted to win such early recognition for EasyCruit in the German market," said Matthew Parker, Group Managing Director of StepStone's Solutions business. Launched in February 2007, EasyCruit is targetted at the small business community. The solution allows users to quickly publish vacancies online; manage applications and candidate information; and create a searchable CV database. StepStone's Solutions business has more than 500 clients across 14 countries and its e‑recruitment software is produced in 10 languages. |
