This module forms the basis for HR Management. Our solution integrates and captures
employee and position data across all existing applications, such as your Payroll, Learning Management
System, and others. This ensures that the administration and planning of your HR initiatives and processes
are based on comprehensive, up-to-date information and eliminates redundant data entry.
The solution enables you to view individuals or groups and their positions in either a position-oriented or
function-oriented way. This means that you can set up and visualise alternative organisational structures and
multiple reporting relationships, which form the basis for further modules such as career and succession planning,
gap analysis, position evaluation and candidate trees.
Comprehensive and visually appealing reports are produced for key areas such as diversity distribution,
disability and language proficiency. These can be produced for either the entire organisation or a small
division or unit in which you may be interested.

HR Analytics moves HR into the role of business partner by greatly enhancing the user's diagnostic
and strategic planning capabilities. With this strong reporting tool, HR Managers can monitor and report on
the entire Talent Management process via concise dashboard and cockpit graphic views, keeping an eye on progress
in key HR areas.
Managers can refine their searches to analyse specific groups or individuals against our comprehensive metrics
library, and Org Explorer facilitates structural analysis, viewing the organisation from a business, functional,
geographic or legal perspective.
Visualising statistics within a global structure is possible thanks to the Map Explorer,
a new addition to HR
Analytics, which tracks trends, productivity, resources etc to give managers a discerning insight into core areas
requiring attention. Having identified these risks, HR can drill down from the "bigger picture" to the individual
level, whereby the system generates recommendations.
A new navigation experience, HR Analytics incorporates Web 2.0 functionality to group or re-order information and
allows you to export data to Word, Excel or PDF files. Confidentiality is assured as data is only available
