StepStone's Total Talent Solution allows for the integration with all major HRM and ERP systems. We have extensive
experience in successful implementations with SAP, Peoplesoft and Oracle as well as many other third parties.
The integration can cover the classic "send hire" functionality, where newly hired employees are transferred
to HRMS or payroll, and it can also include the automatic creation of a vacancy in StepStone Attraction &
Sourcing, which originates from an ERP. This allows a vacancy to be partially created for
financial approval within the ERP and then exported into the StepStone solution leaving the Recruiter to
determine the most effective screening and sourcing techniques for finding talent.
The Offer Checklist allows clients to ensure that a company's agreed procedures have been followed when
making an offer. StepStone's e-Recruitment software offers multiple offer checklists together with communication
templates, and the offer letters can be printed out directly.
The Onboarding Manager helps to create job-specific contracts from standard templates and specific
contract sections. These sections can be put together to form the respective contract for the candidate.
Contracts can be printed from the system or posted to the Candidate Offer Zone, which gives the candidate
an option for accepting or declining an offer online.
Different supporting information can be displayed within the Offer Zone to help increase the chances of a
candidate accepting the offer and give them the information they need to make the joining process as pain-free
as possible.
The Reference Check Manager is a candidate self-service process which automates the process of gathering
referencing information. The candidate receives an e-mail to login and add reference info within the career
zone. The requests can be set up to cover a time period and will also help avoid 'career gaps' where dates are
not sequential. Once the candidate has completed the information, recruiters can send e-mails to referees and
ask them to endorse a candidate application. Then their e-mailed response is sent directly back to the
system and stored against the candidate record.
