Bucky Couch – Regional Director, Americas

Bucky Couch joined StepStone Solutions as Regional Director, Americas in January 2008, bringing over 30 years experience to the company, including 15 years in US software companies in senior executive roles. Prior to StepStone Solutions he was Founder & President, Customer Success Group, Inc., of which StepStone Solutions was a client, with Bucky leading the effort to create our Customer Success function. From 2003 – 2006 Bucky was VP-Global Partnering & Co-founder at Hire.com, managing the partner relationship with StepStone Solutions. Bucky has a BS from The University of Texas at Austin, 8 years experience in public accounting firms (Ernst & Young, Coopers & Lybrand), and is Chairman of the Advisory Board, Center for Entrepreneurial Action, Texas State University, San Marcos Texas.
