Carsten has 15 years of IT sales and general management experience, including 12 years in the Talent Management software sector. Since 2006 he has brought this experience to the role of Managing Director, StepStone Solutions in Central Europe. Immediately prior to working for StepStone Solutions, Carsten was the MD and one the founders of ExecuTRACK, Europe’s leading software provider for strategic Talent Management Solutions.

In his earlier career, Carsten spent several years in sales and consulting roles at Best!Software and Sage Software. Carsten holds a diploma and a Doctorate in Economic Sciences.
