Dat Thrower joined StepStone Solutions as Global Director of Support in March 2010, taking responsibility for StepStone Solutions’ global technical support organization across the product portfolio. An experienced Support and Services professional, Dat brings over 18 years of Support and Service delivery experience gained with enterprise products and solutions in the areas of Document Management, Engineering Workflow, CRM, Service Management  and Network Status Management.

Dat’s expertise includes managing global, geographically dispersed teams, driving excellence in the delivery of technical support and customer service through organizational transition and the implementation of operational best practice.
