Duncan Love, a qualified accountant (FCCA), joined StepStone in May 2006, with responsibility for financial management of our talent management and acquisition solutions. Prior to joining StepStone, Duncan worked for Hays plc at Corporate and Divisional level for 14 years, occupying positions as Divisional Finance Director, European SAP Implementation Project Manager and Group Business Planning Manager.

Prior to Hays, Duncan worked for BOC Group and Pacific Systems International in various finance positions.
