Martyn Arbon joined StepStone as Chief Technical Officer in November 2007, taking responsibility for StepStone’s technical strategy and global IT operations. Martyn brings to StepStone over twenty years’ experience in senior technical management roles, including Oracle Corporation where he was responsible for providing global technical resource for part of Oracle’s Application development function.

Martyn brings detailed technical knowledge both from contributor and management perspectives, most recently leading multi-disciplined and organisationally dispersed technology groups.
