Robert joined StepStone Solutions in September 2004, with responsibility for UK & Ireland Sales. Over the last 5 years Robert has developed the sales organisation and was instrumental in winning a large number of UK and Global accounts including Virgin Atlantic, Royal Mail, Barclays Capital and Capita and overseeing the growth of the UK client base to over 200 organisations. Robert has over 15 years Talent Management experience and prior to StepStone held various sales leadership roles across Talent Acquisition and Consulting organisations.
