Steve Hewitt joined StepStone Solutions in November 2007 and became HR Director for the business at the beginning of 2010. An HR practitioner with some 20 years hi-tech experience, Steve has lead international HR teams in organisations such as Groupe Bull, BMC Software and Anite. A chartered member of the CIPD, Steve works to ensure that the Talent Management principles we espouse live within our own business.
