Valérie Bertrand

Valérie Bertrand joined StepStone in January 2006. After a postgraduate degree in corporate and commercial law from the French University in 1997, she worked for six years (until 2003) for the holding company ("Sofipost") of the French Postal Service where she acquired extensive experience in managing legal work for its French and foreign subsdiaries and in particularly business reorganization and restructuring, corporate secretarial work, acquisitions, contracts, and competition law.  After moving to Berlin in 2003 she obtained a LL.M law degree from the Humboldt University in Berlin.
