Start of Trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange

StepStone , (OSE:STP) (the "Company") a leading global provider of human capital management software and services, announces that its ordinary shares ("Shares") have today been admitted to a secondary listing on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and have commenced trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol ‘STPS’.

CREST members who wish to hold and transfer interests in the Shares on CREST are able to do so pursuant to a depository interest arrangement established by the Company with Capita IRG (Trustees) Limited ("Capita").
