Customer Support

We are always just a phone call or email away. Our support staff speak nine languages covering all time zones using a 'follow-the-sun' operating principle. Our customers engage with us and with also with their peers via the StepStone Solutions Community portal which in additional to support (Cases), offers a robust knowledgebase (Answers), innovation tools (Ideas) and other bespoke content.

Being a leading cloud computing vendor we will offer service disruption notifications and as an ISO 27001 organisation we will offer security and privacy notifications giving our customers proactive information about their solution.
